WHATSAPP HAS STARTED BRINGING ITS FREE VOICE CALLING FEATURE SLOWLY TO IOS DEVICES

WhatsApp Starts Bringing Its Free Voice Calling Feature To Ios Devices

Just a little less than a month that the Facebook owned company introduced the new free voice calls to it's android users of the app, the also started rolling it over to ios (iPhone) users also.

Though, the feature will not be readily available to all ios users at once. As they said, "we are rolling the feature to ios owners over the next several weeks"- well, it is more faster than when the android's own feature was deployed.

With the 800 million monthly active users using Whatsapp, this new feature has the potential to upset most of the carrier providers who are seeing the revenues they generate from sms being weighed down by various sms applications.

Yet, WhatsApp doesn’t include additional features, such as business-consumer communication, payments or an app platform, all of which are now part of Facebook’s Messenger service.
