HOW TO USE SMARTPHONE AS MODEM

       HOW TO USE YOUR SMARTPHONE AS A MODEM EITHER WIRELESS OR WIRED 

    Lots of friends and other people keep asking me that is there a way to use your phone to browse on a computer. I say yes, but when the ask how i say stay tuned on my blog, you'll receive the information soon. So here i am, doing a tutorial on how to use your smartphone to browse on a computer.

Things you'll need:

• A computer (laptop or desktop)
• A USB connector cable (optional)
• An active data plan
• And finally, a smartphone

STEPS:

1. On your smartphone home screen click on the apps drawer. which will bring you here:

2. Then click on settings and after clicking it you'll have this:

3. click more and then click tethering and portable hotspot and put it on:

4. To access it on your computer, just search for network and click on your network and click connect.

For the wired connection, you have to go through the same process but in the image below, instead of portable wi-fi hotspot, just click on USB tethering.
